Brief Summary: This study aims to utilise a real-world data platform to integrate multi-omics data-including radiomics, gut microbiota, pathological quality control and liquid biopsy-to construct a multidimensional predictive model for the efficacy of rectal cancer treatment following neoadjuvant therapy.
