Brief Summary: This double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled clinical trial will evaluate the effects of a probiotic fermented milk (PFM) drink on gut and brain health in individuals with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias (ADRD) and their caregivers. Up to 40 participants will be enrolled.
