Brief Summary: A prospective, multicenter, open-label, phase II trial of PET/CT-guided maintenance therapy in newly diagnosed marginal zone lymphoma. After first-line immunochemotherapy, dual-tracer PET/CT (18F-FDG and 68Ga-Pentixafor) is performed. Patients with Deauville score 4-5 receive orelabrutinib 150 mg daily for 1 year; those with score 1-3 are observed. Primary endpoint: 2-year progression-free survival rate.
