Brief Summary: This study aims to evaluate whether an intensive and personalized speech, swallowing, and voice rehabilitation (SSVR) program can help preserve swallowing function in patients with head and neck cancer undergoing minimally invasive robotic-assisted extended "Sistrunk" surgery (RESA).
