Brief Summary: This study aims to evaluate the effect of video-supported education, prepared for pediatric nurses, on their knowledge, attitudes, and perceived professional competence regarding peripheral venous catheter (PVC) infiltration and extravasation. The research will be conducted as a parallel-group, randomized controlled experimental design, involving pre-test and post-test measurements. The study will be carried out with nurses working in the pediatric clinics of Konya Dr. Ali Kemal Belviranlı Women's Health and Pediatric Hospital.
