Brief Summary: Endometriosis is a chronic gynecological condition that can cause persistent pelvic pain, painful menstruation, painful sexual intercourse, and reduced quality of life. This study will evaluate whether specialized pelvic floor physical therapy combined with a structured physical exercise program is more effective than a placebo intervention combined with the same exercise program in reducing chronic pelvic pain in women with endometriosis.
