Brief Summary: This observational cross-sectional study aims to determine pain phenotypes in individuals with chronic low back pain (CLBP). Participants will be classified according to a mechanism-based clinical pain phenotyping algorithm as having nociceptive, neuropathic, nociplastic, or mixed pain.
