Brief Summary: This prospective randomized controlled trial aims to compare the analgesic efficacy of three non-opioid analgesics (ibuprofen, paracetamol, and tenoxicam) during extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL). All patients undergoing ESWL will be randomly assigned into four groups including a placebo group.
