Brief Summary: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a training program designed to improve clinicians' ability to care for adult orphans. A randomized controlled trial will be conducted to examine the effects of the training program on clinicians' knowledge, self-efficacy, and clinical practice related to caring for adult orphans at baseline, 1 month, and 3 months after the intervention.
