Brief Summary: The goal of this observational study is to establish a centralized ARDS biorepository of longitudinal biospecimens and harmonized clinical data, develop unsupervised, therapy-agnostic endotyping algorithms, and develop unsupervised, therapy-specific treatment-prediction algorithms over a 24 month period.
