Brief Summary: This randomized controlled trial aims to compare different therapeutic approaches for the treatment of melasma.
Participants will be randomly allocated into three treatment groups receiving modified Kligman formula, microneedling-assisted topical tranexamic acid, or nanotechnology-based topical tranexamic acid.
