Brief Summary: This study will examine brain metabolic and excitatory/inhibitory mechanisms related to cognitive and visual functioning in adults with schizophrenia and healthy control participants.
Participants will complete behavioral assessments, cognitive testing, electroencephalography, magnetic resonance imaging, and magnetic resonance spectroscopy assessments.
