Brief Summary: This is a single-arm, open-label, single-center, Phase II exploratory clinical study evaluating the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of neoadjuvant pucotenlimab combined with lenvatinib and temozolomide in patients with resectable Stage IIB/III acral melanoma.
