Brief Summary: Chronic myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs) are hematologic disorders of the myeloid lineage characterized by clonal proliferation of hematopoietic stem cells, high risk of thrombotic-hemorrhagic complications, and transformation into secondary acute myeloid leukemia.
