Brief Summary: Phyllodes tumor (PT) of the breast is a rare fibroepithelial neoplasm, and the role of postoperative radiotherapy (PORT) remains controversial. Our team has previously established a molecular subtyping system for PT, classifying patients into four subtypes. Among them, the malignant novel 1/2 (MN1/MN2) subtypes exhibit extremely high risk of local recurrence, and retrospective data suggest that PORT may significantly improve local control in these subtypes.
