Brief Summary: This study aims to compare two treatments for cirrhotic portal hypertension with acute esophagogastric variceal bleeding and hypersplenism: laparoscopic splenectomy and azygoportal disconnection (LSD) and transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPS).
