Brief Summary: This study evaluated the effects of IHSAN Model-based Islamic spiritual care compared with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)-based psychological support and routine care in Muslim patients with cancer receiving radiotherapy. A total of 137 patients were initially recruited, and 17 were subsequently excluded because they did not continue participation or did not complete the required study questionnaires.
