Brief Summary: This single-center, prospective, randomized, double-blind controlled trial evaluated whether intravenous (IV) or intra-articular (IA) administration of tranexamic acid (TXA) improves intraoperative visual clarity, compared with a no-TXA control, during arthroscopic rotator cuff repair.
