Brief Summary: This prospective observational cohort study evaluates whether respiratory-cycle variation in internal jugular vein (IJV) diameter, measured by point-of-care ultrasound, correlates with clinical disease severity in infants 1-23 months of age presenting with acute bronchiolitis.
