U.S., July 10 -- ClinicalTrials.gov registry received information related to the study (NCT07692425) titled 'Internal Jugular Vein Collapsibility Index as a Predictor of Hypotension' on July 03.

Brief Summary: The internal jugular vein (IJV) collapsibility index has been proposed as a practical alternative of of the inferior vena cava collapsibility index (IVC-CI), as it is easily accessible using bedside ultrasonography. Several studies have demonstrated a correlation between IJV collapsibility and central venous pressure as well as right atrial pressure.
