Brief Summary: The proposed clinical research project aims to explore the functional dynamics of innate immune cells in patients. The protocol includes collecting samples from episodes of inflammatory disease, from which fluid will be extracted. The sampling procedure will be carried out non-invasively for the patient. Following collection, the fluid and cells will be separated. The cytokine profile of the fluid will be analyzed using ELISA and flow cytometry to detect inflammatory cytokines in the patient.
