Brief Summary: This pilot study evaluates a pharmacist-led medication adherence intervention and Medisafe mobile application among patients with newly diagnosed cancer and multimorbidity. Thirty participants will be randomized to intervention or usual care to assess feasibility, acceptability, usability, and preliminary efficacy.
