Brief Summary: The goal of this clinical trial is to learn whether immersive technology (virtual reality) headsets can reduce procedural pain and anxiety during diagnosis, intralesional and intramuscular injections, and wound/dressing care in pediatric patients 5 years of age and older and adult patients with cutaneous leishmaniasis receiving treatment at the MSF clinic in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.
