Brief Summary: This randomized controlled trial aims to evaluate the effect of structured forensic nursing education on pediatric nurses' forensic competency. Nurses working in pediatric clinics, pediatric emergency, and pediatric intensive care units will be randomly assigned to intervention and control groups.
