Brief Summary: A three-arm pilot rater-blinded randomized controlled trial is conducted, comprising Yoga-based Group Intervention (YoGI + TAU) as the experimental condition, a strength and flexibility training (SFT + TAU) group, and treatment as usual (TAU).
