Brief Summary: Androgenetic alopecia (AGA) is a common form of hair loss characterized by progressive hair follicle miniaturization. This prospective randomized comparative study evaluates the efficacy and safety of intradermal exosome injections compared with 5% topical minoxidil in patients with AGA.
