Brief Summary: This study was conducted at the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Faculty of Dentistry, Tanta University. A prospective non-controlled clinical study was performed on ten patients with compromised zygomaticomaxillary bone. Surgical intervention was carried out using a customized surgical guide.
