Brief Summary: This prospective multicenter interventional pre-post study aims to evaluate the effect of implementing an Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) protocol in patients with peritoneal carcinomatosis undergoing cytoreductive surgery with or without hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC).
