Brief Summary: This observational study uses existing U.S. specialty oncology electronic health records to emulate the SUNLIGHT trial. It compares survival among adults with metastatic colorectal cancer who began trifluridine-tipiracil plus bevacizumab or trifluridine-tipiracil alone after prior systemic treatment.
