The goal of this clinical trial is to learn whether bioactive collagen peptide works as well as glucosamine and chondroitin sulphate for improving pain, stiffness, physical function, and quality of life in adults with mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis (Kellgren-Lawrence grades I to III).
