Brief Summary: This randomized clinical trial aims to compare the effects of two different trans-spinal magnetic stimulation (tsMS) application sites, cervical versus thoracic, when combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS), on functional mobility in individuals with Parkinson's disease (PD).
