Brief Summary: This study aims to evaluate whether listening to music and using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) can help patients recover better after knee arthroscopy. After this type of surgery, many patients experience pain, fear of movement (kinesiophobia), balance problems, and an increased risk of falling.
