Brief Summary: This randomized clinical trial aims to evaluate the effects of high-frequency chest wall oscillation (HFCWO) combined with concurrent training on cough, sputum clearance, exercise tolerance, and respiratory muscle strength in patients with Cystic Fibrosis.
