Brief Summary: This retrospective study evaluated whether orthodontic expansion using two types of appliances, a bimaxillary removable expansion appliance (BREA) and a maxillary fixed three screw palatal expander (MFT), influences upper airway dimensions, hyoid bone position, and palatal morphology in growing children.
