Brief Summary: This study aims to compare the effectiveness of three root canal irrigation techniques-Conventional Needle Irrigation (CNI), Side-Vented Needle (SVN), and Ultrasonic Irrigation (UI)-in achieving irrigant penetration into the apical third of the root canal.
