Brief Summary: This prospective, randomized, double-blind, controlled clinical trial will evaluate whether adding magnesium sulfate to dexamethasone-augmented ultrasound-guided pectoral nerve block improves postoperative recovery and analgesia in female patients undergoing elective modified radical mastectomy under general anesthesia.
