Brief Summary: This randomized controlled trial investigates the effect of electroacupuncture as an adjunct to local anesthesia on perioperative pain and stress during ambulatory surgical extraction of impacted lower third molars. Participants will be randomized into three groups: electroacupuncture, sham acupuncture, and control.
