Brief Summary: This prospective, randomized, single-center, study aims to evaluate the postoperative analgesic effectiveness of bilateral Rhomboid Intercostal Block (RIB) in patients undergoing elective bilateral breast prosthesis surgery. Effective postoperative pain management is essential to improve patient comfort and reduce opioid consumption.
