Brief Summary: This study consists of two phases: an observational phase and a single-arm interventional phase. In Phase 1, qualitative interviews will be conducted to explore the decision-making challenges faced by second-year students in a two-year undergraduate program who are approaching graduation when providing care for people with dementia.
