Brief Summary: This randomized controlled trial aims to investigate the effects of dance-based exercises on physical fitness, body image, and quality of life in adolescents with idiopathic scoliosis (AIS). Twenty-four participants aged 10-18 years with a Cobb angle between 10deg and 30deg will be randomly assigned to either a dance-based exercise group or a control group.
