Brief Summary: This cross-sectional observational study aims to investigate the correlation between trunk muscle endurance and dynamic balance in patients with sacroiliac joint dysfunction (SIJD). Trunk muscle endurance will be assessed using standardized clinical tests (prone isometric chest raise test and trunk flexor endurance test), and dynamic balance will be evaluated using the Biodex Balance System.
