Brief Summary: This randomized, non-inferiority clinical trial aims to evaluate whether non-resection of needle biopsy tract is non-inferior to routine biopsy tract resection in terms of local recurrence in patients with primary extremity musculoskeletal sarcoma undergoing en-bloc surgical treatment.
