Brief Summary: The study design would be a Randomized Controlled Trial.This study would include a total 40 participants. 20 participants in each group. Sample size is obtained through G-power. The study duration will be 12 months after the approval from the research board. Non-probability convenience sampling will be used. Randomization will be done through sealed envelope method. The study will be conducted from Quaid-e-Azam Hospital Rawalpindi and Margalla Rehabilitation Centre.
