Brief Summary: This study aims to compare the effectiveness of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy (MBT), and psychoeducation in reducing symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) among adult survivors of interpersonal/domestic violence.
