Brief Summary: This randomized controlled trial aims to compare the effectiveness of Autogenic Inhibition Muscle Energy Technique (MET) and Reciprocal Inhibition MET in individuals with Lower Crossed Syndrome. Participants will be randomly assigned to two intervention groups.
