Brief Summary: BThis study will be designed to compare between the effect of adding posterior tibial nerve or saphenous nerve mobilization to the traditional physical therapy on pain intensity, foot function, pressure pain threshold, ankle dorsiflexion ROM and central sensitization in patients with PF.
