Brief Summary: This study will establish a standardized, multi-dimensional prospective longitudinal cohort for obsessive-compulsive disorder. It seeks to explore differences in symptom trajectories, functional trajectories, treatment responses, and long-term outcomes among different OCD clinical subgroups.
