Brief Summary: This study evaluates whether a 9-week healing interval is sufficient for subepithelial connective tissue graft (SCTG) maturation after palatal harvesting, and whether topical application of a polynucleotide and hyaluronic acid gel (Regenfast(R)) improves tissue quality.
