Brief Summary: All participants underwent comprehensive geriatric assessment (CGA) and cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET). A personalized management program was developed for each patient, including recommendations on physical exercise, nutrition, correction of geriatric syndromes, optimization of somatic status, and medication therapy adjustment.
