Brief Summary: The aim of the program to serve as a prototype for future preventive program for AD in the region. The program will recruit elderly participants. Cognitive assessment and lifestyle questionnaire will be performed with each participant to investigator their risk factor associate with AD.
The program will offer medical referral and/or educational program(s) (e.g. tailor-made multidomain preventive measures plan, education talks) for participants who might have possible early AD or with high risk of AD
